Rev'd Melissa Conway developed Everlasting Felicity as a project to integrate Change Management Practice with Ministry Practice and Practical Theology.

About Melissa

Melissa was ordained as a priest in the Anglican Church on 3 December 2022, in St John's Cathedral in Brisbane. She currently ministers to the community of St Anne's in Highfields, north of Toowoomba, as part of the ministry team of the Parish of St James' in Toowoomba.
Melissa graduated from St Francis Theological College, Brisbane, with a Bachelor of Theology (with Distinction), awarded by Charles Sturt University. She was awarded the Robert Wilshire Theology Prize.
Melissa's earlier qualifications include a Certificate in Financial Markets and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Leadership.
Melissa Conway retired from the Australian Public Service in 2020, after 39 years serving in the public sector. Her business management experience includes over 25 years in change, project and program management, as well as adult learning and facilitation.
During her public service career, Melissa managed business units of over 600 staff and with 8 figure annual budgets, as well as multi-million dollar projects.
Melissa completed certifications in change management, Lean Six Sigma, program management and agile project management.
